Always Reserve in Advance!

To get the best rates and to ensure vehicle availability always reserve in advance. When planning your trip call immediately to reserve. You can always make changes or cancel the reservation at a later time at No charge. To ensure car availability always reserve 48 hours, or more in advance if possible.

 

Arriving or Returning Late?

Always ensure you plan to arrive at least 25-30 minutes before closing to allow ample time for the Rental Agent to resolve any payment or rental issues. We reserve the right to add additional hourly or daily charges to rentals that check in after the close of the business day.

Can’t Find a Car?

Need a car immediately for an unexpected occurrence? If the internet or the reservations center indicates that we are sold out, call the local neighborhood agency directly. We will work hard to find you a vehicle and take care of your needs. Vehicle availability and pricing, at this location can not be guarantied for reservations booked online less than 48 hours in advance. 

 

Cash?

We do not perform cash rentals.

Checks checks not accepted.

 

Cleaning Fees.

All cars should return in the same condition as they were when they were rented. 
Cleaning fees will be added to rentals at check in when they are returned excessively dirty, needing pet hair removal or smoke/ash removal. Food crumbs, pop spills, excessive dirt or sand, pungent odors, and other debris in the car may indicate cleaning fees need to be added.


We feature a smoke-free fleet. In order to maintain this benefit for our customers, an additional charge up to $250 will be applied should smoking in the vehicle occur during the rental period.

Credit Cards

Credit Cards must be in the name of the renter and driver. Prepaid credit cards not accepted.

 

Debit Card Policy.

If you plan to use a debit card at the time of rental-check out, We may perform a credit check.
At the time of rental, We will seek an authorization on your account for the estimated charges or minuamum of $200 for a deposit. 
At the time of return, if your rental charges are less than the amount that was authorized at check-out, We will authorize your bank to release the difference. This authorization to your bank will typically be done within 24 hours of check-in. Please note, however, that your bank’s procedures will determine when that release is processed to your account, this may take up to 72 hours. 
We will accept your debit card to pay for your rental charges at the time of check-in/return even if you used a credit card at check out.

 

Prepaid Debit cards are not accepted.

 

Fuel Fees.

Customers should refuel the car within five miles of the return location and present a fuel receipt at check-in to avoid fuel fees.

Fuel Tips!

When refueling the vehicle always confirm the gas needle is on the “F” before leaving the gas station to return the car. Sometimes the gas pump may inadvertently click off to soon. 
Always refuel the car within 5 miles or the nearest gas station closest to your return destination.
Present a fuel receipt at check-in to avoid additional fuel charges.
Always ensure the gas gauge is reading full when you rent the vehicle and before you drive off the Avis lot.

 

Smoking vehicles.

We feature a smoke-free fleet. In order to maintain this benefit for our customers, an additional charge up $250 will be applied should smoking in the vehicle occur during the rental period.
